Our Pedagogical Approach

‘The Typical Habits of Effective Practice’ has been developed by staff as part of pedagogy development, based on educational research. The document identifies what outstanding practice looks like in an AP setting. This is our ‘Teachers Standards plus’ which sets out best practice for working in this setting and is a framework that we expect all staff to strive towards.
